A major educational company requires 5 actors for an English DVD project. Roles include: mother, father, shop assistant (male or female), Hawaiian-looking guy and male street performer. The successful candidates will be native English speakers with a North American accent and have some acting experience. You must be available to attend the audition and shooting dates. Please tell us if you are under any restrictions in connection with advertising/commercial work you have done for other English language teaching organizations.

Casting Brief:

• Audition: October 26 (Wednesday) from 6pm in central Tokyo
• Shooting Dates: Any of the following – November 19, 20, 26, 27 December 3, 4 (whole days)
• Payment: ¥50,000 p/day (after tax p/person)

Depending on the role, there will be between 1 and 4 days of shooting. Some shooting might take place in Chiba. In that case a location bus will be provided from central Tokyo.
If you were selected for a project about US Culture, we cannot accept your application on this occasion. The reason being – the project is of the same series.

Requirements: All cast members

• Look between the ages of 25-35
• Male or female welcome

Role: Hawaiian-looking guy

Role: Male Street Performer

• Look between the age of 25-50
• Have basic proficiency in some entertainment skill, e.g.  juggling, magic, singing, dancing, etc.
