Posing for photos

How to pose for photos

Some great poses you could try (model: Donna Burke)

We are looking for models to do casting projects in Tokyo. You don’t need any experience – we’re looking for fresh faces and experienced professional models! What we do need though are good photos. Usually in Tokyo the client is only interested in the “look”. Photos taken in your bedroom will simply not cut it! If you don’t have any photos but want to try out as a model then we have some advice for you.

Some general posing tips:

  • Relax, don’t hold your breath or your concentration will show.
  • Don’t slouch, keep upright and your shoulders back.
  • Bend at least one arm and leg – too straight and the photo looks awkward.
  • A big smile is not necessary for all shots. Try a few facial expressions – but don’t over do it!

Don’t worry – your photographs will remain confidential and will not be seen by anyone else. Discretion and confidentiality is guaranteed!
