Dagmusic will collect and securely store items of personal information that have a bearing on your suitability for jobs proposed by our clients. When clients request information on possible candidates for work, we will supply only such information as is relevant and in accordance with laws governing privacy and information disclosure.

Dagmusic will supply any and all of the personal information and recorded material you have lodged with us to any clients who in our judgment and experience can provide work of a suitable nature.

All recordings and images, still or moving, created in the process of auditions or paid employment with Dagmusic or its clients will be the property of Dagmusic or its clients.

Registration with Dagmusic in no sense constitutes a guarantee of paid employment with Dagmusic or its clients.

If you no longer wish to receive information from Dagmusic or if you wish to have your profile removed from our records, we will remove your name from our contact lists and delete your information on receipt of a request from you to do so.

Dagmusic will not post any of your information on public forums or on our company website unless we receive permission from you to do so.

We will not accept an application for registration directly from a minor. We require written permission from a parent or legal guardian to register a minor.

We will not accept any communication from a minor, nor will we communicate directly with a minor. All communication must be handled between Dagmusic and a parent or legal guardian.
